Obituary

Genella McCray James was born August 5, 1948 in Louisville, Alabama, to Ike and Lucille McCray.

At an early age she accepted Christ.  She was a member of Where Are Thou Ministry in Ozark, Alabama. 

Genella was preceded in death by; her father and mother: Ike and Lucille McCray; two sisters: Dora McCray and Shirley Jones; three brothers: Robert Earl (Lillie Mae) McCray, Izell McCray, and Bobby Lee (Annie Lee) McCray.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories; loving and devoted husband: Robert James; two children: Janet (Austin) Mitchell and Jonathan Sherrod; one grandchild: Austin Aushon Mitchell; four sisters: Lula (Grover) Kennedy of Louisville, Alabama, Annie Jewel Sconiers of Dothan, Alabama, Annie Doris Quinn of Midland City, Alabama, and Lorene McCall of Clio, Alabama; one brother-in-law: Johnny Jones of Troy, Alabama; a host of nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
