Obituary

Ioma Jackson was born in Clio, Alabama, to the late John D & Agnes Eutsey. Mother Jackson went home to be with God on November 26, 2022, while undergoing treatment at Southeast Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.

In that time, she gave her life to Christ while attending St. Luke AME Church where she served faithfully for many years on the Board of Trustees, in the choir, and as a stewardess until 2016, only moving to support her son, Bishop Christopher Jackson, in his ministry at T.O.R Church in Clio, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jackson, parents: John & Agnes Eutsey and brothers: Marvin Eutsey, John D. Eutsey, Randy Eutsey, and Sammy Eutsey.

Mother Jackson will be cherished  in memories by her children: Agnes (Daniel) Davis, Christopher Jackson, David/Dawarris (Janetta) Jackson, Latoya (Willie Seymore) Jackson, and Kayla (Cemon) Young; grandchildren: Zanesha, Noah, and Kayleigh Jackson, Zimir Seymore, Kaylin Ford, KiMari and Prince Young, and Nehemiah Jackson; godchildren: Tamerian Slater and Brekiya Downie; brother: Morris (Louise) Eutsey; best friends: Jessie Eutsey and Dean Carter; aunt: Maggie Roll, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loved ones.
