Obituary

Keith M. Freeman was born to the late Negly Martin and the late Martha Baltimore of Pittsburgh, PA.

He departed this life on Wednesday March 23, 2022 at Flowers Hospital, when the Lord took him home to do his heavenly work.

Keith resided in Louisville, Alabama and was a member of St. Peter Baptist Church in Texasville, Alabama where he served many years as a Sunday School teacher and on the building committee. He also sung and served as secretary for over 20 years for the Gospel Violinaries.

Keith’s greatest love was GOD, and his family. His family not only included his immediate family, but his Masonic and Eastern Star Family as well.

Keith was extremely loved and will be truly missed by his family, friends and community. GOD has called home one of his angels to assist with the work of Christ’s Kingdom.

He was proceeded in death by his adopted mother Lovie Freeman and sister Shirly Louise Martin.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Bobbie Freeman, three sons; Darrell Blackmon(Pam), Keith Freeman Jr, Demeris Freeman(Phonecia); three sisters; Priscilla Denise Nelson, Martha Jean (Nelson) Brewer, Alberta Kimberly (Peter) Wright; one brother Tony Oliver Nelson; eight grandchildren; Brandon Walker(Jackie), Darrian Blackmon, Madison Blackmon, Aaron Freeman, Quintavious Monroe, Avianna Freeman, Majesty Freeman, and Phoebe Freeman.  Keith also leaves a host of nieces and nephews and lots of extended family and friends.
