L. V. McClendon

LV McClendon was born in Barbour County.  He was the son of the late John Hayward and Lillie Mae Warren McClendon.

He joined Pea Creek Baptist Church at an early age, where he confessed Christ as his Lord and Savior.

LV was preceded in death by one brother: Jack Lewis McClendon; and one sister: Johnny Mae Newton; one stepson: Rodney Kennedy.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one son: Dewayne (Brenda) McClendon of Crestview, FL; four daughters: Althea Coleman of Ozark, AL, Stephanie Booker of Houston, TX, LaTonya (Lamar) Milbry of Midway, AL, and Jessica (Attrick) Berry of Dothan, AL; one stepson: Ricky Kennedy of Clio, AL; one sister Muttle Jean Collins of Chicago, IL; fifteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one special cousin/sister: Lessie (Hugie) Lattimore of Louisville, AL; one special cousin/brother: Frank Harris of Clio, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; a special “Thank You” to Mrs. Vanessa Gaddis and AlaCare.
