Lewis Comer Northcutt, III

Lewis Comer Northcutt, III was born in Madison, Wisconsin, to Lucille Jackson and Lewis Comer Northcutt, Jr.

He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age.  He graduated from Horace Man High School in Gary Indiana.  Lewis moved to Eufaula, Alabama in 1982.  In 1983, Lewis met Charlene Barnett.  In 1994, Lewis realized that Charlene was the love of his life and they were married. To this union, they were blessed with two children.  Lewis was employed at Louisiana Pacific and in 1986, he began working for TNS until they closed.  He was currently employed with Northwest Indiana Light House Charter School.

On Tuesday, March 14, 2023, God called him home.

He was preceded in death by; his son: Lewis Comer Northcutt, IV; his mother: Lucille Jackson Gamble; his father: Lewis Comer Northcutt, Jr.; Martha Northcutt, Dallas & Edward Barnett, Daron Gamble, and Rosemary Mallard.

He leaves to cherish his devoted wife: Charlene B. Northcutt; one daughter: Ashley (Devarese) Laster; five grandchildren: Xavier Northcutt, Dierra Laster, Deri’el Laster, Dereon Laster, and James Laster; two sisters: Tasha Northcutt and Katrina (Anthony) Campbell; six brothers: Terry (Vera) Northcutt, Timothy Sanders, Carlos Northcutt, Thaddeus Northcutt, Miles (Jannora) Gamble and Dominque Gamble; three sisters-in-law: Ruby (Tony) Cook, Sandra (Henry) Laster, and Angela Barnett; four brothers-in-law: Sampson (Annette) Hodge, Ricky Hodge, William (LaKennya) Barnett, and Edward (Tonya) Barnett; a host of family and friends; two special cousins: Wanda Johnson and Sharon Mitchell Walker.
