Obituary
Willie A. Woods was born in Louisville AL to the late Robert and Annie P. Woods. Willie, 74, passed away unexpectedly, Friday morning, April 21, 2023 at his home.
Willie accepted Jesus Christ as his savior at an early age and was baptized. On August 8, 2015, Willie married the love of his life, Jacqueline Woods. He enjoyed hobbies such as fishing and farming. He was employed by Merrell Dairy Farm LLC in Wolcott for over 30 years.
Besides his parents, Willie is preceded in death by: two sisters: Mary (Willie) Williams and Sara Ann Walker; and one brother: LC Woods.
Willie is survived by his loving and supporting wife Jacqueline K. Woods; his four daughters: Angela (Roosevelt) Coleman of Atlanta, Georgia, Barbara A. Woods, Tanya (Dana) Woods-Campbell and Carla Woods-Rattray all of New York; three sons: Willie E. Woods Jr. of Palm Beach, Florida, Vernell “Jay” (Gryphan) Lott of Iowa, and Willie R. Woods of Jamaica; twenty two grandchildren: Lovette, Breonna, Kameron, Angelique, Tiffany, Justin, Roosevelt Jr., Amya, Connor, Hali, Camden, Tylor, Bryce, Noah, Ashlyn, Jayden, Brenna, Amanda, Josiah, VerLayna, VerKayla, and Alana; sisters Mary Ann (David) Chambers, Pearl Lee Chambers, Pearlean (Anthony) Scott; and Ruby Woods; a brother-in-law Willie Walker; two favorite: Sylvia Chambers and Sarah Vines; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
